All you need are freshly picked mint leaves, raw honey, a lemon, pitcher, wooden spoon, and boiling water. Wash off your mint leaves to remove any dirt and drop them into your pitcher. Using the wooden spoon, tear/bruise the leaves to release the flavor. Pour boiling water over the leaves and let them steep. The longer the mint leaves steep, the stronger the tea will be. I personally like a more subtle minty taste. 🙂 Before you chill the tea, add the raw honey to taste (wait until the tea cools a bit because you don’t want to un-raw the honey). Serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
Enjoy!
Happy Monday, friends! Hoping you are refreshed and ready to take on the week ahead…
till tomorrow,
Rebecca
P.S. Thanks to Bethany for being my assistant and an obliging [and adorable] model. 🙂

So do you actually add tea? I've been wanting to try this – unfortunately my mint plants died tho – but never been quite sure how. Thanks!
This looks delish! I may have to try this, it looks so refreshing!
I love that you use the phrase "unraw" the honey 😉 I'll have to try this!
This looks so yummy!! A couple weeks ago, I tried mint lemonade. Basically the same concept as here, except with lemonade. It was sooooo good!!
