party preparations and favorite finds

Some of my preparations for the Run for Life this Saturday and a “Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall” celebration in Virginia next week.  Mason jars wrapped with twine and thick grosgrain ribbon (from the Hagerstown Ribbon Factory) – going for a subtle nautical feel – and hand painted favor bags – to celebrate the changing of the seasons!

Favorite Finds from Around the Web:
Can’t stop thinking about Victoria’s gilded glass bottles.
The images and styling on this new food blog are almost too well done to handle.
Have you ever listened to Ana’s Music Monday Mix?  If not, you should.  She’s got great taste in music.
If you want to buy me a belated birthday present, I’ll take a few of these.

Have a blessed weekend, friends!

till Monday,

Rebecca

P.S. I’ll be blogging from VA the next week and a half!!!
