recipe | soft boiled eggs

I’m not a big breakfast person.  Don’t get me wrong…I like it, and I’ll eat it if someone makes it for me.  I just never really make it for myself.  I’m either running late or just want my coffee.

When I was younger, I used to beg my mom for soft-boiled eggs.  They require almost no effort, and are so so delicious.

To make your own delicious soft boiled eggs, all you need are eggs, salt, pepper, and bread.  It only takes about 7 minutes.  I’d write out a recipe, but all it really takes is boiling your egg in some water.

Just wanted to share this fun little photo shoot and breakfast idea with you.  Have a blessed Monday!

Enjoy!!
