style | for an afternoon of diy projects

This is the perfect outfit for a day of DIYs with kids.  Last weekend, a few of us gathered for a fun wintery project (we also had hot chocolate and fondue and pretended we were at a bonfire, since it was too muddy outside) and this was the perfect outfit.  Fun, bright colors, and a cardigan sweater I could easily remove!  Wendy and I snuck in a quick photo shoot before the kids arrived.  🙂

outfit details:
sweater: Banana Republic
cotton shirt: American Eagle
pants: Indigo Rein
belt: Guess, thrifted!
flats: Target

Looking through my past style posts (a casual work day, wearing a large, cozy man sweater, and an outfit for Saturday morning shopping), I’m realizing I dress casually most of the time.  I have some fun (and dressier) style posts planned….Wendy and I are going to have some fun shooting outfits in December.

I’m taking a Thanksgiving blogging break the next two days…I’ll be back Monday.  Hope you have a wonderful, relaxing Thanksgiving and extended weekend.  Thanks for reading, friends!

You don't know how happy I am with your new bubbles on the right! I love popping back to your site to try the recipes, but it would always take me so long to find them. Now it will be quick, and we can enjoy more of your delicious concoctions!
