entertain | with unexpected elements

When entertaining this holiday season, try combining unexpected elements.  A strip of white electrical tape with a handwritten Christmasy message, on a silver tray of almonds.

I have been so busy this week, so sorry for the lack of a more substantive post today!!!  I had two bulk (!) orders of applewood necklaces to fulfill, and have been busy making the necklaces, making my packaging materials, and assembling the packages.  One order shipped out yesterday, and another will hopefully today!!  I have some exciting news about my applewood necklaces that I’ll share on Monday!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.  I’ll be putting together a few upcoming guests posts, shooting some style posts, and spending quality time with my family!

till Monday,
Rebecca

  1. This is a fantastic idea! Our family Christmastime tends to be full of eating and drinking, so I've been looking for those little glam touches that won't, well, get in the way of eating and drinking – this is perfect 🙂

  2. Fun! What's that in the cup? Becawse right now it looks like water and almonds…and that doesn't sound good. lol.

  3. Rebecca says:

LOL, Hannah! You're right. Water and almonds sounds disgusting! There's actually nothing in the cup…..so you can imagine whatever you think sounds good paired with almonds 😉

  4. Kyla says:

Oh what a cute idea! And such a simple way to add a personal touch.
I just stumbled on your blog, and I'm glad I did! 🙂

  5. This tray is just darling, and I'm looking forward to Monday's good news!

  6. Love the idea! And I would love to have a tray like that!

  7. tiny dancer says:

Sounds like you're having a good week – especially with your business 🙂 Hope you get lots of time with your family this holiday season!

Thank you for stopping by my blog,
