best of 2011

Sorry for the two-day absence, friends.  For today, I decided to post a few of my personal fave blog posts from 2011 (and these are some of my reader faves, too…you guys are the best)!
Working with Wendy to style and shoot this Caesar salad recipe was really fun.  I love the lighting!  Also, I have a challenge for you: find me in this photo.  ha!

Roasted almonds with honey and thyme…great for an afternoon snack, party favor, appetizer, etc.

A simple, wooden serving platter…with gold spray paint stripes.  This was featured over on You Are My Fave, which made me smile.  🙂

And my applewood necklaces!  I sponsored Bri Emery’s Blogshop with these little slices of wood.  And also started selling them.  Email me if you’re interested in placing an order!!

Dip painted Bodum coffee service set.  Featured on A Subtle Revelry’s Crafted Gift Guide in December.  Woo hoo!

And last but certainly not least, my tree stump end table.  As soon as the weather gets a bit warmer, I have plans to make a few other wooden goodies!!

What is your favorite(s) (you’re allowed to have more than one) post from 2011?  I’m dying to know!

I’ll be back to my normal posting schedule on Monday … and I’ll be blogging from upstate NY, where my family and I will be on vacation.  My mom and siblings will be skiing/snowboarding and I’ll be falling down a lot.

Have a blessed weekend, friends!
