I love a big, flavorful sandwich. And this Ezekiel bread sandwich is no exception. The flavors are unbelievable, and it’s so so healthy!
Ingredients
– ezekiel bread
– extra virgin olive oil
– avocado
– tomato
– raw cheese
– salt and pepper
Directions
Lightly toast your bread and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Then layer avocado slices, tomato and raw cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice diagonally (it’s so much more fun to eat this way; yes, I’m a kid) and enjoy!
Let me know if you try this out or if you have your own favorite Ezekiel bread sandwich secrets!
till tomorrow,
Rebecca
P.S. Thanks, Leigh, for being a wonderful sandwich maker and helping with these photos.

Looks fabulous!
this is the only bread i buy now, the sprouted one, not the sesame kind. i used to make my own sandwich bread but when there's this, why bother?
i typically toast and top with either peanut butter + honey or smashed ripe avocado for my breakfast. it's the best way to start my day.
Oh this looks like the perfect sandwich! Your food styling is amazing girl!
oh dear, oh my!
This looks BEYOND yummy!

So simple and amazing! I love the photos
My mom tried to make me eat Ezekiel bread when I was a kid… so my Ezekiel bread secret is to stay as far away as possible 😉 I'm glad YOU like it! You will probably live longer and have thicker hair or something. I love the recipe-in-pictures! And the avo-tom-cheese part looks delicious!!
Your photos are absolutely gorgeous Rebecca! I promise I'll give Ezekiel a second chance just for you 😉 Gotta admit I love all the other ingredients!
Haha I always cut my sandwiches diagonally 🙂 This looks delicious!

Gorgeous! That sandwich looks amazing and I love the earthy feel of your photos:)
This is literally what i eat for lunch almost every day for the past year. Regular bread just tastes wierd to me now! But somehow, mine never look this good.
Love Ezekiel bread! In addition to avocade and tomato slices I will sometimes add a little goat cheese or hummum or blackbean spread. I'll also add sprouts from time to time for a little mor volumn.
this looks right up my alley.
I like ur posts but what's wrong with the photos, some of them looks like foggy ?
