I love a big, flavorful sandwich. And this Ezekiel bread sandwich is no exception. The flavors are unbelievable, and it's so so healthy!
- ezekiel bread
- extra virgin olive oil
- raw cheese
- salt and pepper
Lightly toast your bread and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Then layer avocado slices, tomato and raw cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice diagonally (it's so much more fun to eat this way; yes, I'm a kid) and enjoy!
