Outtakes | An Evening at LynnVale Farm

A few weeks ago, I drove down to Gainesville, VA to visit LynnVale Studios and Flower Farm with Sweet Root Village. We enjoyed an evening picnic on the farm,
and our gracious host Andrea brought us inside her stunning modern farm
house and gave us a tour of the farm. There were so many lovely photos
leftover that I wanted to share them with you today.

This weekend, make your way outside and enjoy the green grass,
abundance of fresh flowers, and the warm almost-summer sun. I have a little
photo shoot tomorrow morning, on my landlord’s farm; can’t wait
to show off her gorgeous land. And then, for the rest of the weekend,
it’s relaxing with my sweet husband, and maybe working on a few blog
posts for while I’m on maternity leave. Maybe even having a baby….who knows?! 🙂 Hope your weekend is blessed; see you Monday!

  1. HAVE A BABY! Ah! I can't believe it. Hopefully you get all sorts of rest in the day leading up to her arrival. Had a lovely picnic time with you 🙂

    • Rebecca says:

I know right…it's crazy!!! Mia and Zoe will be bffs! I have been SO tired lately, so yes, rest would be a much appreciated thing, esp since I hear it's rare once they arrive 😉

    • Rebecca says:

Oh Jana, if you think the outside looks magical (which it was), you should see the INSIDE! It's full of vintage goodies, props, flowers, etc. Seriously, I could spend hours in Andrea's barn! Kinda like grandma's attic!

    • Andrea says:

you are both welcome to come and enjoy anytime – we've recently been updating and adding and adding more vintage – bursting at seams, planning on BARN SALE in fall will keep you posted…. too young to be a grandma tho;)

  2. Mat says:

the shape of that barn looks so good, really unusual

  3. Hey I would love to live on in one of those cool buildings! devons
