Style | Altar’d State + 38 Weeks

You guys! It’s almost time for baby girl! And it’s a good thing, because I don’t think my belly can really get any larger… Maxi dresses have been a wonderful way to feel pretty and show of this huge baby bump. And my new patch pop maxi dress from Altar’d State is a new favorite for the occasion.

For the last of my Altar’d State looks, Lisa and I decided to pretend I was going on a date, which was kind of comical, since I was sitting at the table all alone. But then, we got ice cream cones, and it was all worth it. This dress is the perfect dress for a summer soiree, a date with your loved one, or an evening stroll at the beach. It even works for ice cream on a rainy evening with a friend. 🙂

Patch Pop Maxi Dress: c/o Altar’d State // Belt: thrifted // Sandals: Vera Wang

I cannot wait to wear these three (loosey goosey sweater, striped dress, and today’s dress) Altar’d State pieces later this summer with no baby bump. It’ll be fun to see how different they all look.

What was/is your go-to item of clothing during pregnancy? Dresses? Leggings? Husband’s Ts? All of the above for me…at least during these last few weeks when nothing else quite covers the bump (or feels quite as comfortable). Ha!

Happy Thursday!
