Sneak Peek | Kinfolk Honey Harvest

Hello friends! I’m busy recovering from an incredibly busy weekend and regrouping for a fun dinner photoshoot this coming weekend. Yesterday, we hosted the Kinfolk Magazine Honey Harvest Workshop
here in Virginia. The workshop was my first post-baby event and oh my,
what a challenge! How do you mama-bloggers juggle babies and blogging/events/photoshoots? I’ll take all the tips and tricks you can give me! I am thankful for my selfless husband who came to the
workshop and patiently took care of our sweet baby the entire time!

Here are a few of my instagrams from the workshop…

1 // What a feast!
2 // Beekeepers Jim, John and Meredith.
3 // Walking back from the hives; gorgeous vegetable gardens at Goodstone Inn.
4 // Gillian Making rosemary infused honey.
5 // Fresh bread, baked by Knead and Know.

What a wonderful time it was, gathering with new and old friends, learning about bees and honey harvesting from beekeeper Meredith from Goodstone Inn, eating local honey on freshly baked bread, walking around the farm, and enjoying a Virginia countryside summer evening. I cannot wait to share more photos with you!

Thanks to our partners – Sweet Root Village, Knead and Know, Goodstone Inn, Fig 2 Design, Celina Mancurti, and Eat Like the Locals – we could not have held the workshop without you!
