Celina Mancurti | Hand-Screened Tea Towels

For the July Kinfolk Honey Harvest, I was lucky to work with several awesome partners. When Celina Mancurti offered to send over some of her hand-screened linen tea towels for a giveaway and after I read a bit about Celina and her textiles, of course I said yes! What I love most about her linens is their understated simplicity and clean lines. Oh, and let me tell you about her packaging … the linens arrived in a perfectly stitched paper envelope, with the sweetest fabric fastener and charming tag. Packages like these make me wish I received snail mail every single day.

I was tempted to keep them for myself…but lucky Lauren got to leave the workshop with these tea towels! Wish I lived in Florida so I could attend one of Celina’s workshops and learn a bit about the screen printing process.

(At the workshop…wishing I didn’t have to part with these lovely linens…)

How gorgeous is the texture? I want them hanging in my kitchen and styled on my dinner table…every day! Celina also makes tablecloths, aprons, runners, placemats, etc. Go check them out!

Thanks to Don for being a willing model, and for Sweet Root Village for snapping these lovely pics (minus the tag picture, which is from my iPhone)! And thanks again, Celina, for partnering with us on the Kinfolk workshop!
