Our Sweet Baby Girl

My dear friends Rachel and Lauren from Sweet Root Village visited Zoe and me a few weeks ago. She was 5 weeks old then, and she’s 7 weeks old today. How time flies! Those little fists that you see all clenched? Well, they’re mostly open now and it just breaks my heart. She’s growing up so fast!

I had been regretting the fact that Joe and I didn’t get any “newborn” (during her first 10 days or so) photos with Zoe, so when Lauren told me she brought her camera, I was incredibly thankful. They snapped these precious photos that I’ll simply cherish forever. Just look at that spiky hair and contagious smile! Oh how full my heart is with love for my sweet daughter!

Thanks, Lauren and Rachel, for these capturing these precious moments with my daughter!

Zoe’s outfit is from Baby Gap, and her headband is from Little Hip Squeaks (a gift from my friend Lisa).
