Kinfolk Preserving the Season Workshop

Happy Monday, friends! Boy, is it good to be home after a 9-day vacation. I enjoyed every minute of our time in Virginia Beach, but there’s nothing quite like making dinner in your own kitchen, lounging on your own couch, and sleeping in your own bed. And I’m eager to get back into a routine …being on vacation, Zoe had inconsistent naps, was constantly snuggled by loving friends (and now doesn’t want to be out of my arms), and got to bed way too late every night! This week will be devoted to trying to get back on schedule, unpacking, laundry, getting organized, and starting some fun new work projects!

Oh, and it’s time again for another Kinfolk Workshop! On Saturday, September 28th, we’ll be gathering at Faith Like a Mustard Seed Farm (in Lucketts, just up the road from the Old Lucketts Store) to celebrate the end of summer harvest and learn all about canning, pickling, and putting up.

I am thrilled to be partnering with Faith Like a Mustard Seed Farm, Sweet Root Village, Holly Chapple Flowers, and West Elm. Let me know if you’re interested in partnering with me on this month’s workshop…I love connecting with new creatives!

I cannot wait to see you there – buy your tickets here!

I wish there would be a Kinfolk event nearby… in Africa! (Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania to be spesific)

This looks like such a fun class, wish I was closer!

I know what you mean about vacation! Elena is so spoiled after all the fun! But it was so worth it 🙂
