I am so blessed to know the ladies at Sweet Root Village! Since meeting Rachel and Lauren late last year (at Carrie's baby shower!), and starting to work with them on collaborative projects earlier this year, we've just had so much fun. They're a constant encouragement, they push me creatively, they are seriously talented floral designers and photographers, and well, I'm simply thankful for their friendship!
A few weeks ago, we put together a fun post for the Anthropologie blog all about putting together the perfect fall bouquet. We headed out to Wollam Gardens where we met with Bob Wollam, the owner of this 11 acre flower farm, and one of the most gifted and knowledgeable flower farmers. He gave us a farm tour and allowed us to pick an assortment of lovely fall foliage. Then we set up shop on his front porch where Lauren designed the most gorgeous of arrangements, and Rachel documented the process. Bob then allowed us to style the flowers in his almost-200-year-old farm house. Thanks for welcoming us, Bob!
These are a few favorite shots and outtakes from our time at Wollam Gardens. Enjoy!
