But I’m now a convert, and a firm believer in pairings, and more specifically, dessert & beer pairings! I’m fascinated by the versatility of beer and how it pairs with a variety of food, especially desserts! There are so many different ingredients available to beer makers with which they can experiment and add flavor variety!
This Olive Oil and Citrus cake is classic and satisfying, and when paired with the Cranberry Ginger Shandy, it’s sensational!
