a new kind of cookie

Healthy & delicious!  Seriously!
Brought to you by Toats Organic.  They are wheat, egg and dairy free!  Made locally in Leesburg, VA!
They use only 9 ingredients:
  • Organic oat flour
  • Organic almonds  (they grind them!)
  • Organic flax meal
  • Organic extra virgin olive oil
  • Organic rolled oats
  • Organic honey
  • Organic pure cane sugar
  • Xanthan gum
  • Sea salt
And their packaging is just so fun!
Also super cool: their packaging is biodegradable.
I’ve only seen them at select Whole Foods and at my school bookstore.  You should check out the website and if you’re from the DC area, check out the cookies, too!
They’d go perfectly with my latte from this weekend…
Yummy….
Hope you have a fantastic Tuesday!

These look yummy! Love the fact that they're made in Leesburg and that the packaging is biodegradable! I've been thinking about that thanks to http://www.zerowastehome.blogspot.com and while she's a bit to close to "Mother Earth", she has got me thinking about all the plastic that's sitting in landfills. Now, if you could just point me to some coupons for these cookies . . . 😉
