thrifty entertaining | miniature bowls

These miniature handpainted bowls are one of my latest thrifting purchases.  They reminded me of something I’d see at Anthropologie, and they were 25 cents each.  Score!

When entertaining a few guests, miniature bowls like these are perfect for tea time – one bowl for the tea bag, one for the sugar, and one for the spoon.  Or, they’d be perfect if you had a pizza making party and put spices in each.

Remember to keep your eyes open for little entertaining details when you’re at the thrift store – you never know what you may find!

Happy Thursday,
Rebecca

P.S. This blueberry Birt&Tang tea is one of my new favorites – it’s so mild and sweet!

i wish i liked tea… so much better for me than all that coffee. rather, all the sugar and cream i put in my coffee. these little bowls looks straight from anthro.

  6. So cute! It's way more fun to find them in a random place than at Anthropologie… although I sure do love the convenience of Anthropologie "thrifting"!

  7. Olivilla says:

I have them made of animal horns… lovely
a friend brough me them as present in my wedding party!

I love them so much and I only use them in a few special ocasions!….

  8. That is a total score! I've decided that my Goodwill vastly overprices its wares – NOTHING is for a quarter!

  9. Sarah says:
