recipe | the yummiest breakfast sandwich
OK, so today’s post doesn’t really count as a recipe, because it’s just too simple. But if you want the yummiest breakfast sandwich, follow these instructions.
– Toast a piece of whole wheat bread
– Fry an egg in a bit of butter
– Spread pesto on toast
– Plop egg on top of pesto
– Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Drink with a cup of coffee (or your beverage of choice) ENJOY!

i couldn't agree more. i LOVE eggs and pesto. i usually add mozzerella too, but i like your simplified version. the pesto has enough flavor on its own!
I've never tried pesto and eggs! I love pesto on nearly everything and can't wait to try this. I imagine it goes famously with the yolk.

i could eat this for every meal, and often times do! i love those napkins. we used them for my daughter's 1st birthday party and i am so happy we have lots left over. that line of party goods is just beautiful! have a happy week!
