having a beachy time
Checking in from the Jersey Shore…
I’m having a great time at the beach so far….and still have a few days of fun [and projects] planned. Joe left last night (he had to work this morning) so I am a bit sad about that, but we did have a fun time… Mostly laying on the beach (he did have some guys to play soccer and volleyball with; I didn’t make him lay on a blanket the entire time). 😉 Does your man like to lounge when at the beach or does he prefer to swim and play sports?
I decided to do a week’s worth of posts with the theme of “beach” (Partially inspired by my friend Lenore at Lather Write Repeat and her Lake Love Week). 🙂
I plan on styling a few shoots on the beach and visiting a few favorite places, and then sharing it all with you!
Despite popular misconception about the Jersey Shore, it really is a beautiful place. This picture is a little after sunset…and that man is fishing. How quaint?
Hope you all had a great weekend. I’ll be back tomorrow with some some more beach-inspired pictures (and perhaps a beach picnic).

You know, I can't help but hear the words "jersey shore" and instantly think of snookie but your visit is painting quite the different picture 🙂 To bad about Joe having to leave for work {darn that old "need to make a living" thing … yea for more fun in the sun ;)}.

beautiful pictures!!
HAH! I love the comment about Snookie. She and her crew were at the beach last summer and they made everything crazy. Crowds of people would follow them in Lavallette and, well, YUCK! Thankfully they are bothering the Italians now. Beautiful photos!
