weekend highlights

So surprised with how fast this 3-day holiday weekend flew by!  Can you all believe it’s already July 5th?  I don’t think I ever said happy JULY!

Here are some snapshots from my busy weekend…

I had an incredibly fun weekend!  My boyfriend drove up to NJ on Friday evening and left last night (before the fireworks…boo to having to say goodbye).  We went bowling (bowling alleys are sooo archaic//colorful), explored parts of my town I hadn’t been to in over 15 years, made delicious greek yogurt+strawberry ice pops, lounged by the pool for hours, ate our breakfast outside, spent time with my family, and just had wonderful time!

& last night, with plenty of blankets and sweatshirts, my family and I saw some awesome fireworks!!  I just love the Fourth of July and celebrating America!!

How about you?  Did you have an exciting weekend?  I’d love to hear…

till tomorrow,

Rebecca

P.S. A huge thanks to Casey for the kind shout out on her blog and for bringing lovely new friends to A Daily Something!   🙂
