Style | It’s Fall
Today, Joy, her darling intern Rowan, my two littles, and I alllll went down to visit Early Mountain Vineyard in Madison, VA. We have a lovely time, touring the vineyard, celebrating Rowan’s 21st birthday, and making plans with the Early Mountain team for an upcoming dinner Joy is hosting at the vineyard (and I’ll be styling). Every time I drive into the Virginia countryside, I’m reminded why I love this area: there’s so much history and it’s at our fingertips! We snapped a few photos while we were at the vineyard….because that’s what you do when you’re in the presence of barns from the 1700s. I’m adoring this fall weather that’s upon us suddenly! All I want to do is wear cozy sweaters. I’ve already had my first pumpkin spice latte. Never ending pots of soup are next on my list.
I’m so excited to share that Joy and I will be co-hosting an event at the BRAND NEW event space at the Georgetown Madewell. They just launched Our 2nd Story – a space where they will have shop-in-shops, blogger events, etc.
Join us this Thursday, from 7-9 pm to celebrate the debut of this new space. There will be bites & sips from my favorites at Heirloom DC, and for this first event, the space will be filled with exclusive, yummy leather bags from The Cambridge Satchel Company. And there will be free, live monogramming! Can’t wait to see you there!
