Today is Joe’s birthday.  I plan on showering him with lots of love and cheesecake when I see him this evening.

I cannot even attempt to express with words how much this boy means to me.  I think he’s pretty perfect and incredibly handsome.  I am a blessed girl.

And here’s one of the yummy cheesecakes {one w/ a strawberry topping & one chocolate swirl w/ Oreo crust} I made for him last night.  I’m bummed because I didn’t realize the oven rack was too close to the heating elements, so they both got kinda well done.  Oh well…..I learned for next time.  Here’s to hoping the cheesecakes make it through the road trip & that Joe likes them…
