blog bash nyc

Friends! The time has come to show you the photos and video from our first ever Blog Bash NYC (#blogbashnyc). Michelle Edgemont and I threw a "welcome to NYC" party for Victoria Hudgins and had way too much fun doing so. We invited NYC area bloggers and partnered with some quality folks to make one heck of a party.

We're over on Camille Styles today, sharing details and lots of photos!

First and foremost, I need to thank our sponsors. Without them, we would have had a seriously lame party. Check out their products and services - they are quality companies!

They brought the music (Scratch Weddings), let us borrow vintage furniture and props (Patina Vintage Rentals), designed our invitation (Red Table Stationery), took our photos (Chris Ozer), gave us a pretty space (M Wild's Studio), brought fresh greens and flowers (True Florette), made a sweet video (Jim Kamoosi), brought us sweet treats (cupcakes - Kumquat Cupcakery and brownies - HoneyBee Brownies), mixed delicious cocktails (The Stand NY) and even gave us door prizes (M Wild's Studio - portrait session; Doodads and Noodles - handcrafted plush animals; and Hipsters for Sisters - a saddle brown belt bag).

Then, we had goodie bags. They were the king of all goodie bags. Full of seriously awesome goodies. Brooklyn Slate gave us beautiful tote bags and we filled them with Knot and Bow - neon parcel tags, Curious Creatures - earrings and necklaces, Miniature Rhino - pins, Paper and Olives - hand stamped stationery, Pins and Needles - fabric bundles, Tim Gibson Photography - prints, Ravenna Girls - rope bracelets, Pink Olive - stickers and a pin, Yes Jess Knits - necklaces, sweaters, ear warmers, Walker Standstill - letterpress stationery, .

One of my favorite parts of the whole party? This video! We partnered with Jim Kamoosi and he produced a sweet video of our party! Check it out, watch it a million times, and tell me how much you love his work!

More details, including the inspiration behind BLOG BASH NYC are over on Camille Styles today. I'm just thrilled that we're featured over on her blog today!
